1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nautiq Barcelona services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Charter Services

Our charter services are subject to:

• Availability of vessels
• Weather conditions
• Maritime regulations
• Required licenses and certifications

3. Booking and Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the experience, before departure.
• Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking, the deposit is refunded as follows:

• 7 days or more before the experience: 100% of the deposit refunded.
• Between 48 hours and 7 days before: 50% of the deposit refunded.
• Less than 48 hours before, or no-show: no refund.

Payment processing fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Free date change

Instead of cancelling, you may change the date of your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.

Weather cancellations

• If the skipper determines that conditions are unsafe (strong wind, high waves, or an official weather warning), we will first offer to reschedule the experience.
• If no alternative date works for you, the deposit is refunded in full.
• Rain alone is not grounds for cancellation; the decision on safety rests with the skipper.

Cancellation by Nautiq Barcelona

If we cancel for any reason other than weather or force majeure (e.g. technical issues with the vessel), you may choose between rescheduling or a full refund of the deposit.

5. Safety and Conduct

All passengers must:

• Follow crew instructions
• Wear provided safety equipment
• Respect maritime laws and regulations
• Not engage in dangerous behavior

6. Liability

Nautiq Barcelona is not liable for:

• Weather-related changes or cancellations
• Personal injury due to passenger negligence
• Loss or damage of personal belongings
• Force majeure events
